The key focus areas for ESWA are Durability & Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Protection & Comfort.

ESWA actively participates in European and National Standardisation Boards and other relevant organisations in the building and construction industry. ESWA contributes to the achievement of UN Sustainability Development Goals and its members are committed to supply innovative solutions with the highest standards, while simultaneously aiming to maximise reduction of the environmental footprint.

Every company within the ESWA association stands for quality. The waterproofing systems of the Members are able to withstand the highest stresses in building constructions. For new construction and renovation of flat and slightly pitched roofs, environmental protection, on stairways and terraces, under green roofs and for many other specialised applications - thermoplastic membranes are protecting buildings all over the world.

The ESWA Association

The ESWA Association is composed of 11 company and 5 association members that form the ESWA General Assembly. The General Assembly elects the members of the Executive Committee that manages the activities of the association. ESWA is represented by its President, Mr. Erik Øyno, Protan AS, Vice-President, Mr. Bruno Broccanello, Soprema, and Treasurer, Mr. Renaat Demeulemeester, Renolit SE.
